Absolutely! We ONLY work with the best brands. All items are in their original and sealed packaging

Pre-order items will be available for delivery 6 to 8 weeks from the date of purchase.

Full payment is required when placing a pre-order.

Please note that you need to place 2 separate orders if you’re ordering both on hand and pre-order items.

Bank Deposit via BDO or BPI, details will be shared upon order placement via email.

Credit card payments via Paypal.

Order placements are only valid for 2 Days.

Stock availability is on a first come first serve basis and is updated daily on our website.

Payment Cut Off is Wednesday and Sunday 6 PM then your order will be packed the next working day - either Thursday or Monday.

Shipping or Delivery Schedule is every Tuesday and Friday.

You will be receiving an email notification once items are ready for shipping.

For Greater Manila Area deliveries, you can choose our shipping option (Please refer to the shipping schedule and fees) OR you can arrange your own pick-up from our Mindanao Ave, Quezon City Warehouse daily between 1 PM to 6 PM.

Provincial deliveries:

Tracking numbers will be updated 3-5 days once it is SHIPPED.

We ship via AP cargo or JRS Express only.

For Greater Manila Area deliveries of small items (less than 5kgs), the shipping cost is between PHP 200 to PHP 400 depending on the distance.

For Greater Manila Area deliveries of bulky items (more than 6 kgs), the shipping cost range is between 500 to 1,500 depending on the distance.

For provincial deliveries of small items (less than 3 kgs), the shipping cost is PHP 350.

For provincial deliveries of bulky items (more than 4 kgs), there is NO definite amount as it will depend on the number of items, product weight, dimension, and location. You will be notified via email on the estimated shipping fee rates.

If you choose the incorrect shipping method, we will send an email regarding your correct shipping fee.

Cancellation is only allowed 24 hrs after order placement.

If you have miss-spelled or auto-filled in an incorrect address, simply reply to your order confirmation email and confirm. Once you double-check if the address given is wrong kindly notify us via email at hello@tinyhousemnl.com If the given address is wrong we can change the address to the correct one within 24 hours. No refund will be given after the 24 hours of incorrect submission.
